Quality control not only ensures that things are going well on the production side of things, but it also looks at the entire business efficiency, productivity, and profit. Tracking quality control issues provides you with a true look at how the business is running from day to day, and lets you know how things look for the future of the business. Goals will be set for each department and another part of quality control monitors where the departments stand with regards to meeting those goals by the deadlines set.
